The proof is in the sign-ups, since once the money is spent and the true commitment is made, folks don't back out (barring illness or injury). I am really proud of everyone who took this scary step...you will be rewarded by an amazing experience and new respect for who you are and what you can do.

What We're About
The TriROK (Racing for Our Kids) Foundation is devoted to getting families healthy through the sports of swimming, biking, and running. Active families are the key to defeating childhood obesity! By connecting families with affordable equipment and free training resources, we aim to make the sport accessible to anyone who wants to tri.
Our model is based on the successful work of Team TriROK, which started as a group of 4 moms, coached by another mom, who went from non-athletes to triathletes in order to get our families active and improve our children's health. From there we've just kept growing!

TriROK's Coaching
Team TriROK is coached by certified triathlon coaches and swim teachers to make sure that TriROK participants stay safe and happy as they get healthy.
